• Use AI outputs to impersonate others, deepfake without rights, or generate content you know is false in a deceptive commercial way
• Connect stores or ad accounts you do not own or lack authority to manage
• Resell or white-label the Service except under a plan that expressly allows it
• Use the Service in ways that create unreasonable load or interfere with other customers

You are responsible for complying with platform policies (Shopify, Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.), advertising rules, consumer protection, product safety, and disclosure laws in every market where you sell or advertise. EcomBoost AI does not approve your products or ads for legality.
